Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before committing to Impact Hub Membership:
- Memberships are due in advance, on the 1st of the month, will be billed monthly until canceled, are non-refundable, and non-transferable.
- A valid U.S. credit or debit card is required for Impact Hub Membership.
- By applying for Impact Hub Seattle Membership, you agree to be bound by our membership license and terms/conditions (located here). Impact Hub Seattle LLC ("Impact Hub") reserves the right to change the license and terms/conditions at any time without notice, and your continued use of an Impact Hub license constitutes your consent to such changes.
- Downgrades and/or cancellations in membership MUST be made prior to the end of the month for changes to take effect the following month. Retroactive changes are not allowed.
- If you select the Fixed Desk add-on, which includes mail service, you agree to a) a minimum term of no less than three (3) months, and b) downgrades and/or cancellations must be requested a minimum of 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle (ex: submit request by January 1st for changes to be effective February 1st. A request received Jan 5th would be effective March 1st).
